Pros

- Learnt a lot of personal and working skills (could have learned the same without toxic treatment) - Colleagues became long-lasting friends (bonded with trauma) - the actual work was a great idea (stained and ruined by poison) - provided hot meals on most days when insane overtime was required - they kind of had to otherwise people would starve there, no time for cooking or rest - it's a way to start your career if you stay there a year, after that nothing will shake you in another workplace

Cons

- incredibly manipulative heads of the company - aggressive micromanagement never listening to the hired professional's opinion - emotional blackmailing - the most toxic behaviour used to get what they want from their employees - slave-like treatment - just because physical abuse wasn't present they still managed to torture people mentally with inescapable overtime that was never paid and was taken for granted - If someone didn't work as hard as they wanted with the overtime etc, especially during their ultimate selling period in Q4, that was firing reason - During Q4, starting from September people were made to do a ridiculous amount of overtime for no reason just because they didn't have a genuine business plan and the idea of how to sell their products so they would make employees copy competitors' work, and make just a handful of employees copy a similar idea in the matter of hours and days when the project itself would require a lot more time - Having to work 7 days a week for over a month if not longer during Q4 because of the lack of trust and planning in their employees even though all of them provide constant high-quality work - Legally the least salary they are required to give - Legally the least benefits they are required to provide - Legally the most hours of work they can get for the least of payment in return - Zero tolerance for working from home - Never trusting professionals and having such an ego, they would make an infinite amount of changes to the same project before launching it and testing it. Reflecting their own insecurity from not knowing what they're doing onto their own employees therefore never letting them do what they studied and gained experience and hence were hired at the first place - Correction - they were hired because they stated that they could do the job and the company needed robots to execute their orders - After the launch never wait enough time to gather appropriate data, and make employees make never-ending changes. - They would grab random people to do completely unrelated jobs instead of hiring more professionals - Constantly demanding higher quality work and a large amount of work done within insanely tight deadlines and providing zero support or appreciation at all - Raising issues would be considered as being hysterical and negative - especially if it came from a woman - zero professional respect towards women - manipulative (they think working) comments to make the work happen in the short run - since you work there you have no real choice unless you have another job opportunity or enough money to leave without a job - making people do much higher position's job with the same salary as a junior and with absolutely no recognition whatsoever - Work-Life Balance does not exist there as they purely believe that life is constantly working and making others constantly work for them otherwise they are not a team player or good worker - TOXIC management - that is only good at managing anxiety and stress in people - speeches on how the management is not interested in excuses and everyone has to do what they are told because he has the power

Pros

- You get a regular paycheck - Great, friendly co-workers

Cons

- High stress/Low pay - Blame culture. There is zero accountability among management. They'll act like slave-drivers and then blame you for their lack of proper direction and leadership. - Employees are not valued. They will hire you for one position and then move you around and keep adding to your workload without training you or even bothering to tell you about the change to your face. At most, you'll get an email out of the blue explaining your new duties. - Can't deliver on their promises. Management is great at talking and acting big, but absolutely horrible at practicing what they preach. They claim to donate to charity but are constantly screwing their own employees. Many are paid below minimum wage. - For a business that relies so heavily on customers, they treat customers pretty horribly. Running out of stock for months at a time, and then not only refusing to put a "temporarily out of stock" banner on the site, but also not even telling the customers that they won't get their order in time because of it. - No benefits.
