      Pros

      You get minimum wage. Discount with hotels and plenty of other benefits. Some of the staff are friendly . The owner is lovely and some of the managers

      Cons

      Over worked understaffed. Unrealistic timings l. Expected to finish on time even with extra rooms. Not enough time to do a proper clean of the room especially when it’s left such a mess and no understanding. Always rushed of your feet. You get agency sometimes and some are rubbish and no idea what they are doing and make you fall behind
