      Great benefit depending on how flexible your manager is... can also be used as work from home days. FTO was one of my favorite perks while working there

      It can be complicated to use your FTO depending on your manager and coworkers. My coworkers made it complicated to use and some abused it.

      Great opportunity to start a career. You can legitamitely move throughout the company starting with this role.

      Cons

      Bad contact center environment. Back to back calls every day. They only discuss call times and never what leads to the numbers.
