Irrational expectations (in my second year on the team I was reprimanded for not having the same standard as the 10 year+ veterans) No real training provided Reviews are influenced by guess work and rumour Double standards exist in the way team members are treated and in the way management conducts itself as compared to how they demand employees conduct themselves.
