The company truck, and the direct low-level management is good

Main issues is the lack of providing techs with proper equipment and tools, along with an incredibly strict driving policy. Most techs are fired for driving ie folowing too closely(2-second gap or less) or breaking a little bit too hard. It appears this job is more of a driving job than an install job. Pay is also not good enough for the work that is done.
