Pros
They take safety seriously and the job I was on, all the crews and leadership cared about doing quality work. Pretty laid back. Pay was decent. If you’re willing to travel from project to project, they will always have work for you. The HR girl was cute and MOST of the equipment was decent. The dude in charge of underground, Joe, is a solid guy. He’s no bs but he has your back. Wish I could’ve stayed.
Cons
Besides the usual bs that comes with doing road work, not really anything too bad comes to mind. I think the biggest conflict I had while I worked there was with the ice machine at the yard. It sucked. I had to buy my own ice sometimes. How dare they!
