Pros
I thoroughly enjoyed my time working at Prince Contracting as a Contracts Administrator. They have a good home/work ratio for office employees and have a lot of room to advance if you so wish. There were several office employees who had been employed for 10+ years. The offices were very nice with two gyms and a cafe. Management was very good. All upper management welcomed new ideas to increase productivity. I worked alongside of another contract admin who was excellent at his job and very knowledgeable. The HR supervisor Sharon is the best I've ever worked with. She was very fair and thoughtful and made you feel welcomed immediately. This company wins a lot of large FDOT projects and as such you have a great security knowing there is plenty of work.
Cons
As with any construction company you will have turnover in field positions. This company honestly was one of the best I'd ever worked for. They pay great and really value their employees.
