Pros

Very reliable. Primus is very good . If you have a problem it is not there fault . Most of the time the problems happen when a Bell tech guy tells you something you are not expecting ( install new line) which in fact you don't need in 99% of the cases ( this depends on how fast you want your internet). My house is old with many jacks, I was told that this will not work and that I need new line, I insisted that I want to try it first. Indeed my lines (old wires ) worked. The speed is the same whether I connect the modem to a jack or to the main access point ( near the box). Don't hesitate to ask the tech this ( I want to test my speed both at the access point and at the jack). As long as the tech guy keeps the setting on his device same as it is , you won't find a problem. So you can't put the blame on Primus. N Al

Cons

Non, Primus does the best they can, so I can't see why they should be blamed. In addition they depend on Bell techs to run there business, I wish CRTC allow them to run their business independently.
