Pros
Extremely hard to think of any at all to be honest.
Cons
- zero work life balance. Just because the CEO & COO live for the job, they expect everyone else to as well. - Only given 5 PTO & 5 sick days. - Extremely toxic work environment. Always on the edge of your seat never knowing when the CEO is gonna lose it. - Constantly doing a job for 10 people. Very unrealistic. - Terrible communication. - Zero flexibility. Cannot be a second late or leave a second early but expected to stay late to finish projects, for meetings, and be available weekends at all times. - No HR department. Well, it’s the CEO. Very contradictory. - Terrible benefits package, if any. I believe one employee actually has their health insurance because it’s just that bad. - The operations department is just lost. The systems in place such as pos and rewards is an absolute mess. Constantly getting complaints from customers about bad in-store service, sandwiches made wrong, etc. making it extremely hard to have loyal repeating customers. Need better training. How it’s gotten to that point is insane. - Digital vendor is terrible. Company has no backend access to their own website, analytics, app, etc. Again, how they’ve let it get to that point is insane. - Must be in office every day to sit in your office alone with the door closed on zoom calls all day. Because that makes sense. CEO just likes to micromanage at all times.
