- small business, thus building a career for any other function other than sales is fairly difficult as the staff churn is low - lean operations - expect to get your hands dirty - systems are fairly inflexible and limited

- company approach to welfare and wellbeing is minimal despite promising the opposite - hard work is not recognised unless you are in sales -micro management with minimal trust on staff -pointless 1:1 meetings that are a waste of time for staff and management, nothing constructive comes out -turnover of staff is absolutely ridiculous
