Pros

I have been working at this company for a decade. For a long time, it was a genuinely good place to work. Although the salary has never been great and always remained well below the industry average, the work environment used to be fantastic. The people were kind, helpful, and supportive. Former managers treated us with respect and as human beings. Despite the constantly high workload, we always managed to finish everything on time with high motivation, teamwork, and good humor.

Cons

Everything changed over the last six months with the arrival of the new team leaders. They pushed out the previous leadership and immediately introduced extreme micromanagement and immense pressure on the entire team. They have created a thoroughly toxic work environment, treating us like property rather than colleagues. There have been instances of verbal abuse and threats directed at employees, which amounts to clear mobbing. The new management routinely invents artificial, unfeasible deadlines that do not exist in any official documentation, and then reprimands the staff when these moving targets cannot be met. They expect us to perform like machines, completely forgetting that even AI makes mistakes. This behavior is taking a severe toll on everyone's health and is heavily damaging the company’s reputation. It is only a matter of time before legal action is taken against the company for labor law violations and endangering employee well-being, just so these individuals can take out their personal frustrations on the staff.

Pros

Some good people who understand PV.

Cons

Senior leadership does not support or any kind of guidance. Overloads their project managers and expects the PMs to do everything. The PMs are held responsible for teams with no training and no support from their leaders or line managers. PMs are expected to be subject matter experts in all areas of PV instead of the departments. PMs are more administrative than project managers.
