Lovely home, lovely staff, shockingly bad senior management/owners - Anonymous employee PrimeLife Employee Review

If I had to pay the going rates residents pay I'd be sick as a pig. No value for money whatsoever just mete exploitation. No real staff bonuses or even a genuine thank you from the senior level management. Crap pay for the hardwork and abuse care staff ensure, senior management are simply awful, corporate profiteering above anything else is so visible it's sickening, negative attitudes, poor staff wellbeing at no fault of individual home managers. Corporate are an absolute pack of ***** and are the main problem. Useless wouldn't describe them accurately enough.
