      The work hard play hard environment is great fun for young new recruiters, the training is great, there are lots of opportunities to get recognised and advance through the company

      Cons

      Blanket style management, dictator style leadership ( on the sales /commercial division)

      Paid reasonably good for not having a degree

      Cons

      Contacts have to be 50 miles away your cutting home address. Could mean lots of driving back and forth.
