Free equipment rentals / company pays overtime with almost no ceiling

Pay is low / no promotion opportunities / work is very seasonal with blackout days for vacations taking up all of the summer months / Management is extremely poor offering little guidance or training / trucks barely run and the equipment that the company rents is junk for the most part
