      The most wasteful company I have ever worked for by far. The poster child for PBMs charging way too much for their services. Wages are below average. Any possible skill set you would expect employees to have is nonexistent. So glad I got out of there and went back to consulting. I can't understand how anyone would do business with them.

      Pros

      Work life balance is good; all employees are 100% remote. The employees themselves are very helpful, and family focused.

      Cons

      The corporate politics at VP+ levels are unreal; the worst I've ever seen in 10+ years in corporate America. "Minnesota Nice" = passive aggressive. Also, the employees are largely checked out, with little oversight.
