Communication is great and the company treats employees like one of the family.

There is no downside at the moment.

The military business is what keeps the company afloat. Senior management is good and understanding.

The company and products are antiquated. No real ERP or CRM system in place that makes your job as a sales person easy. A lot of information is still done by hand and not uploaded for easy access. Products they are trying to sell is very old technology and is no longer needed in the electronics industry except for a very small customer base. One of the insides sales girls comes out to be inconsiderate and insulting.
