When Prime bought the system, the focus shifted from patient to profit. Most notable was the recent mandate to sign an arbitration agreement "as a condition of employment" which included a statement that it was signed "without undue pressure." If it wasn't signed, we were told "it will be considered your resignation." Sign or get fired yet signing it was without undue pressure was a false statement. After everyone was forced to sign, there was a large layoff. Shameful.
