You have to be serious and want to make alot of money. You need to make a serious commitment to yourself first to win at prime. The industry is booming however the most educated and hungry individuals conquer our industry. You must be motivated and assertive aggressive.

Contrary to a few SOUR apples that left ridiculous reviews, I felt it was my civil duty to leave a realistic review. There are actually several reasons why working here is amazing. Like any other job, the amount of effort you put in is what you get out of it. I couldn't be any happier working here. Our CEO, Shawn Roby, is a caring, generous CEO. He has given me countless opportunities to grow as an individual both personally and professionally. He takes pride in the family-oriented environment he's created, and it shows. Ask anybody who works here; We love the positive vibes, the productive energy, and the mission to help homeowners save $$$ during these rough economical times. (I could bet that the people who left the negative reviews didn't understand the commission/installation process.)

The only con is that we can't work more days! Hours of operation are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.
