      Cons

      Long hours, management doesn’t care about you, job security was iffy, didn’t properly train people on how to sell ethically. Had females closing the store by themselves.

      Flexible, depending on the manager, and goals are very attainable depending on location

      Hit or miss with the district manager and commission structure changes a few times a year can be good can be bad
