We would like to say thank you for taking the time to write us a review, we of course disagree with your review and here is why... Social media: We cannot simply stage and make up the images you see on social media. Regular posts such as: The employee of the month, The birthday gatherings the sales competitions, The employee recognitions and team days out are true reflections of the monthly activity in the business.. Like all social media accounts we emulate a positive outlook and are showing the best parts of our internal culture. With regards to "Bulling" we are of course concerned to hear this. We work in an open plan office with senior management scattered around the team. With this in mind we cannot see how bullying could happen so actively within the office without a member of staff seeing/hearing and reporting the issue. If you did personally feel you were "bullied" by a team member we would have hoped you would have reported any incident to our in-house HR department who would have been here to resolve any issues. We do not condone any form of bullying and strive to promote positive culture.
