Pros

Great, nice and helpful colleagues

Cons

The company imposes penalties in every step of work and in whatever way they manage to come out with, for not reading the memo, not arranging job card in certain format, even for not turning on the camera during the bi-weekly meeting. A compulsory 18-month retention bond (with 8% of additional salaries), which I heard it will be extended to 2 years this year onwards for new joiners, plus a laptop bond for 3 years. It was heart broken to see many colleagues rather breaking bond and paying for the laptop + 2 months worth of their salaries than bearing with the company till the bond end. For any foreigner who intends to seek company's help in applying SPR, Prime will only CONSIDER to sign the employment letter upon completion of the bond. Cameras are in every corner of the office, capturing both image and voice of every little move of the staff, the office politics are getting serious nowadays. Bonus and annual incremental amounts are pathetic, no AWS provided.

Pros

Because it is a small company, I managed to touch on a lot of areas not only in audit but also in corporate services (tax, accounting, secretarial). Colleagues were friendly and helpful.

Cons

Heard from colleagues that the some of partners can be quite bad but as an intern did not really interact much with them.
