No cons from my standpoint.

Furthermore, the organization is home to many talented architects and engineers, providing excellent mentorship opportunities for those who collaborate with them.

Compensation and recognition often lag behind tenure and inflation, with a heavy reliance on non-monetary praise. Furthermore, because much of the company's expansion is inorganic, the leadership hierarchy and promotion cycles can feel inconsistent and detached from individual performance.
