Pros

- learn a new thing each day, everyday (you only need to have that enthusiasm towards learning) - free to make mistake and learn from them and getting paid for it. (not free to keep on making the same mistakes, though) - a new organization, moving towards stability and thus lot of challenges which demands contribution from each and every team member in getting right things set up in right way - lean team, informal atmosphere, which gives you the freedom to interact with anyone and everyone within the organization - complete transparency, each team knows what other teams are working on and how they are performing to provide better clarity on the goal that the organization wants to achieve - very clear vision of what the organization wants to achieve and plans to reach there (which obviously keep evolving as per the market dynamics and new learning & take-aways from the mistakes we do)

Cons

Company demands 120% from everyone, so if you are happy with putting in only 70-80 or say, 100%, this might not be the right place for you

Pros

suo moto: Customer success! Primaseller is solving a complex problem and expecting a walk in the garden will be injustice to the few who've given up comfort to make this happen. Its is a place to work your brains out. Simply put, there is no dearth of challenges, and there is no limit to what one can do to make things better. 1. There are no secrets. Primaseller is one of rare organizations that keep no secrets (spare things you need not know), you'll know how the place functions, what you're contributing to it and what you're expected to do. 2. You can meet customers and gain first hand knowledge of market functions, you'll literally have someone talking to a customer anytime and that's a huge direct data feed! 3. Life is simple, the place has people who have done it big and have again started from drawing board to make it big. You'll feel safe, for there is ample experience to keep the rudder steady.

Cons

Nothing very apparent, the simplicity around you will mostly kill all negatives! Being small and very focused makes things a tad brittle sometimes. when you don't have many people around, the philanthropist in you does complain. It'd be more fun if an organizer was around.
