Cons
Too intensely focused on manned dialer campaigns and should make use of unattended dialer campaigns while allowing employees to dig into their own accounts and determine the potential in them. Also, promoting from within was almost non-existent unless someone in management decided to stick up for you. Performance and attitude should dictate promotion potential instead of a managers opinion of you.
