Great benefits, constant feedback, and team oriented. My manager gives me honest feedback regularly, so I am constantly improving. They provide me support when I need it and have been very understanding. I appreciate their drive to be the best. They also do a good job of fostering a great team-centric environment. The provide monthly lunches and quarterly company outings.

Lost of changes, fast. Can be, at times, hard to keep up with. This is to be expected when a small business grows rapidly.

The employees of Primal Life Organics are top notch folks who genuinely care for one another and enjoy each other's company. The environment is pretty laid back with weekly in-house yoga sessions and encouragement to walk during lunch daily. The place smells good too because of all the essential oils used in production. The schedule is pretty flexible.

The biggest downside is related to the overall business practices. The philosophy is built on "get rich quick" marketing schemes that do not emphasize concern for the customer. PLO upper management employs gimmicky marketing techniques that feel like scams. If you have an idea for improvement, it most likely will not be heard. Additionally, there is an open floor plan, which can be difficult at times, and there are no benefits included with pay. Finally, it seems that the hiring team seeks to hire recent high school and college grads so that they can pay them significantly less than they should. They give employees fancy titles but then except them to serve as worker bees with no input.
