No employee benefits - no birthday perks or employee welfare at all. No team bonding or recreation. White-collared and blue-collared workers are treated like factory minions. Very uncooperate colleagues from most departments. Extreme long work hrs and weekend work with no compensation or OIL. Management is unwilling to spend money, causing employees to absorb high work load. No career progression at this company too.
