They acknowledge hard work and value their employees. There is so much growth opportunity for individuals who work hard and do well at what they do.

Price Simms is a growing, energetic, positive company to work for with great values. They show a personal interest in their employees. The ongoing training Price Simms provides for their employees is exceptional. I feel there are many opportunities for growth and they are a very innovative group; reaching out for greater opportunities; always helping and counting on their employees to grow with them. They have a great culture and I love being a part of it.

I can't think of any down-sides to working for Price Simms. I have worked for corporate, publicly held dealerships in the past that have no personal interests in their employees. And Price Simms is not like that; they care about their employees and want to help them grow and prosper.
