3yThank you for your feedback. It is great to hear you have learned so much during your time here. We are very proud of our company culture, where everyone supports each other's growth and success. With regards to the long hours, our work weeks are on average 40-45 hours, however, it is up to our employees whether they want to work additional hours in order to achieve their goals. Our management training program is very fast-paced, and we acknowledge that it is not for everyone. We hope that you continue to learn and we wish you the best of luck with your career!
