      Great place to work and the management is very invested in helping you grow if your on the sales side.

      Cons

      Can get very slow at times and they will cut your hours way back. If your on the sales team tour treated like a king

      Pros

      Lots of overtime when it's there. Promotes within. Decent medical, dental for employee. Can be part of monthly bonus if your on time and do not make any mistakes on jobs.

      Cons

      Unable to plan anything as you never know what time you will be off, Fridays typically 12 to 15 hour day. Does not promote safety. Expected to work through breaks without compensation. Employees in the field are grossly underpaid, compared to sales staff.
