Wonderful company - Customer Care Representative Previdence Employee Review

The intention of this company is to help make lives better for any/all by improving their mental wholeness. It's a challenge to take on, but fantastic to be part of this effort. The staff, from the top of the company all the way down are fantastic to work with. Benefits are great. Compensation is fair.

It is a hard product to develop.

I left the company, that was a plus

Everything. The CEO is arrogant and stubborn. He does not listen to his staff and will often lie to people based on facts we told him were wrong. He promises what cannot be delivered and refuses to take responsibility for things that go wrong, often leaving it for the newest people to try and handle. It is a shame, the company had promise until it was sunk by the ego of one man.
