Bonus Program was Nice

This company's business model is new product development in Greenville, SC then ship production lines to Mexico for cheaper labor rates. Recently, they had a layoff of salaried associates. In efforts to save money, they laid off Americans and filled the jobs with cheaper Mexican labor. In some cases, laid off employees were required to train their replacements. Do not bet your American career on this company! Keep looking
