Unprofessional staff members and doctor complains a lot and he is negative. Staff boss each other around doing what they want. Favoritism.

-General nonprofit problems: communication struggles, maintaining work/life boundaries, working with a budget, etc. -A lot of turnover in the last few years in management and leadership. -Organization grew without modernizing at scale and now has to get caught up. -Politically charged environment in Ohio, constant scrutiny from the general public. -Protesters will yell at you daily and generally be harassing and disruptive. -Stressful and always something going on
