      Family atmosphere and Gives back to the community and the employees. Generous with extra perks like Friday lunches and great company parties and picnics.

      Cons

      Hours do not give a lot for family life. Start up pay is low. Managers do not hold many employees accountable

      Perks, eagles tickets, free lunch on fridays

      Cons

      People who’ve been there a long time are expected to be leaders, hustle and smile. No raises for yrs at a time and no promotions. Bring in ppl and elevate them until they realize they’re morons and repeat the process again
