Pros
I met a few good people and formed a few relationships. Once your out of the warehouse the job can be okay as long as they pay you for the work.
Cons
No real Management to Contractor relationships that build any trust. As a driver, there are no benefits, no paid holidays and no opportunities. On weeks that holidays come up, the drivers work twice as hard for less money. Drivers pay for the gas, maintenance and insurance for their vehicles and unless you have a decent route the money is not that great. If a manager feels he can replace you with a driver for less money than you will be replaced.
