We appreciate your feedback, and we are sorry to see someone with your tenure leave the organization. Our senior management team has an open-door policy and encourages employees to reach out directly to discuss any questions or concerns they have. We are particularly focused on the health and wellbeing of our employees and have been mindful of the impact of the pandemic and macro environment on our people. To that end, several months ago we announced new benefits including additional parental leave and unlimited time off—all aimed to encourage employees to take time for themselves and their families.
