      You get a lot of freedom to explore new things at Preisdio. The management is quite transparent about a lot of the process.

      Cons

      Work-Life is balance is good in most projects. A very few projects might not have but again nothing concerning in a longer tenure.

      Tons to learn and open to trying new tactics

      Cons

      Lots of change lately. New leaders who don't fit the culture and in some cases are changing what was a great place to work to one where people are not valued as much.
