Pros
Entrepreneurial mindsets are welcomed. Not much micro management so you have a chance to be creative. Annual Technical Event in Orlando is a tremendously awesome gesture.
Cons
No strategic vision or culture. Training and on-boarding lacking. Its like a team full of independent contractors because synergy is not a focus. Tools have been lacking for years. The future doesn't look as bright as the past.
