Many opportunities for the motivated to advance themselves and their careers. Certifications are encouraged and promoted as individual goals with incentive after receipt. Quarterly employee gatherings are always well planned and fun. You get the ability to see many different environments and industries
Cons
The nature of the business is consulting at individual accounts so sometimes communication and networking amongst Prescient employees can be difficult. The company has made strides to aide with this (monthly remote meetings, Prescient new hire buddy program, visit other account goals, and quarterly in-person meetings), but it is still lacking. The benefits are not good. Insurance premiums are costly and only high deductible plans are offered. There is no 401k match.
