Working from home, marketers transfer inbound leads (no cold calls), base + commission, easy to use crm/phone/applications
Cons
Leads are recycled and often people who have no interest and don't know what the call is regarding, no pto, no insurance benefits, heavily micromanaged unless meeting quota which is two sales per day, commissions are $50/deal if you can close a minimum of twenty deals per calendar month where the client doesn't cancel and the full commission gets paid out, commissions take a minimum of sixty days to pay out after the plan gets placed, lots to get through in order the close a sale, no overtime except for during annual enrollment when they will try to make you work saturday's only
