Pros
Beyond lax. As a contracting company for one of the largest communication companies (C@X), you would think they would be more on top of protecting customers information. The technicians are hard working and for the majority of the time make the company look good. The "open door policy" is putting it mildly, you can say it like it is, which is refreshing.
Cons
The pay is HORRIBLE, what is negotiated initially is nothing compared to the reality. There are far more technicians then there is help to go around!! Common place is to be assisting one technician over the phone, while 5 others are messaging you as though you are their personal, designated assistant. It is also not uncommon for these same technicians to get frustrated openly if you do not leap to assist within the first 2-3 minutes, as I said there are far more of them than there is help to go around. On an average day there are aprox. 30+ technicians and 1-2 (if you are lucky) "dispatchers". Also, these same technicians work their fingers to the bone and are lucky to break close to $500 weekly, in comparison to an "in-house" technician, this is sad.
