They will work you like a dog (oh, you'll get paid). Logbooks? Ha! They tell you in orientation that if the DOT makes them go to electronic logs they will go out of business because they can't operate like that. What does that tell you? Volumes
Cons
Don't believe it if you hire on to do a local "account they just got" they regularly pull that ruse to get people to drive for them and magically they don't have enough trucks and overhired for the account to get you to go OTR, if you get hurt on the job don't count on them to do anything but try to make you go to their doctor (not legal or moral) and if you don't and esp. if you get an attorney, they will not schedule you to work (of course, they don't fire you) They don't have any intention of fulfilling their family values and morale could not be worse.
