Management sets unrealistic scheduling goals daily, lots of favoritism in the office, and scheduling managers can be very unprofessional.

Some of the people in the company at lower levels are really nice people and work very hard.

High turnover, constantly being asked to work after hours and they do not respect personal time. No one last here very long and the ownership is crude and has poor business acumen as well as caveman like people skills.
