Pros
Easiest job to get hired at.
They don't do background checks in a timely manor, so anyone can work there and drive their squad around even if you have a long driving record and violent offenses!
Can sleep on the job ( I come back after my days off and the client shows pictures of the other security officer sleeping)
Can get 40 hr a week(because no one stays and they look to cover shifts)
Very little to no supervision
Cons
When I got hired at the company I was told by the owner Jacob, that I would get a 75 cent increase in pay after I got their classroom training, and it would be completed within the first 30 days. Hired In the beginning of November I was told training was going to be the first of Dec., then got switched to the end of December. Well after working there 7 months and asking monthly when training would happen, they finally nailed down a day for training. I completed training on May 9th and never received the raise. I got tired of their games and put my two weeks notice in on May 25. I asked why I didn't get my raise and was told by Levi that I wasn't going to get it due to me putting in my two weeks notice. Umm training on the 9th and never seen the raise on the next paycheck and put in my two weeks notice on May 25!! That is completely inappropriate for them to tell you that they will give you a raise and it NEVER happened.
Get everything in writing to cover yourself when they don't do what they promised i.e. Hourly pay, hours per week, shift assignments.
The company has huge turnover due to them promising employees things that they never intend to do.
If you work in the twin cities the supervisors are never around and your lucky if they answer phone calls and or text
Watch your paychecks. I didn't get holiday pay and other hours were off. Called to get it resolved and never fixed it! No one takes responsibility for anything.
