Pros
The staff. They are young and eager to learn. If the executive leadership could get out of their own way the staff could elevate and excell. In the end they will be a company that cycles through multiple staff.
Cons
The executive team. The company is managed by people who came from oil and gas and have zero understanding of how to manage a company that provides service to the design and construction industry. The executives want to get to deep in the weeds and not allow the staff to manage and make the necessary decisions. Premier needs to figure out what they want to be as a company or they will only be pretenders in lieu of contenders. Failure to trust - too much finger pointing and not enough ownership. There is a lot of talk about taking ownership and holding people accountable but no follow through. No work/life balance; receive emails and calls on vacation, weekends, and even when recovering from a surgical procedure and expected to answer/respond.
