Pros

Work with a lot of great and smart people. Decent medical coverage premiums Free lunch for in-office days (3 days/week) Nice big new office space that is dog friendly, but likely a bad idea when you need to conserve cash.

Cons

Great Culture is their montra. Everything is always great when you're growing and money is rolling in. Nothing has been done to keep a great culture once the business began to struggle. Recent layoffs (10% of company), likely leading to further budget cuts and more layoffs in the future if leadership is unable to fend off competition. Company doesn't own anything; Co- manufacturers for everything. So challenging to take steps to control costs. So only leavers to save money are department budgets and overhead.

Pros

A place where people grow, connect and collaborate with all the same positive goal of doing great work with great people.

Cons

People are so nice they sometimes don’t share enough clear feedback or hold themselves accountable enough.

Pros

In office dogs, half day Fridays, free lunch in office.

Cons

Like all the other CPGs that came before it in the Bay Area- another one has fallen. We were ambushed with layoffs last week in the most inhumane way. All in office to see one by one of our comrades drop. Tears and trauma everywhere. Management is off the rails.
