Great, supportive company. Sad that I have to leave - Design Engineer Premier Mist Employee Review

I've been at Premier Mist for just over a year and I'm really happy here. The team are great, the atmosphere is friendly and there's a good range of career opportunities if you want to grow. Pay is competitive too. The company recently moved to a new HQ in which has invested highly into employee wellbeing, you can tell they actually care. Would definitely recommend this company.

None that could ever be worth the trauma I developed working here.

I was bullied at Premier Mist. In meetings I was conned. They told me they would support me and put things in place. Only later they told me this wasn’t always appropriate and in fact didn’t ever help me. I raised a formal complaint which was responded to with a disciplinary for following the procedures put in place by them to protect me. It ended with me being told that Premier Mist had wasted far too much time on this and my formal complaint would be followed by a disciplinary. If you think these conditions are fair, go ahead and work here but I extremely recommend to avoid this place and the potential mental and physical illnesses I developed here.
