Birthdays are celebrated by the team (but you have to provide the snacks). There are no other good points about this company at all.
Cons
Atrocious pay, no leeway at all, no encouragement or ability to take initiative. You're fired if you show initiative, are slightly late or whistleblow on their appalling data protection issues.
