      Teams are smart and want to do the right thing; flexible remote work but hours can be challenging; smart New CEO.

      Cons

      Nepotism abounds in promotions; its who you know with unclear and ambiguous guidelines on how to get ahead. New employees are hired in at higher salaries than existing employees with many years of service for lower positions.

      Pros

      The atmosphere is great!! Flexible schedules and not micromanaged. An amazing entry level data analysis training program.

      Cons

      Pay is low for job and switched from full remote to hybrid. Not too much room for job growth.

      Great Benefits, pay is good. Used to have great work-life balance

      Cons

      No growth and you will get pigeon holed into a spot Management are clicky and have favorite - and this is across MULTIPLE teams. Managers and directors are not clear in wants and will often critize and contradict themselves
