      New office location is the only pro

      Cons

      Worst company you could ever work for. Toxic environment. You are not cared about by leadership at all. So much turnover it is a revolving door. If they don't like you, you will be fired at no notice. They really hang on to Ohio being an "At Will" state which means they can fire you whenever they want to. Pick another company to apply and work for, the owners are not good people.

      Very thorough sales training. Lots of help you can get. In person training, online, videos and people to help. Lots of opportunities and great money to be made

      Not many, nice samples, and installers.

      Cons

      Complete old school sales tactics. Present an extremely high price, then drop it to a level where the sales consultant does not even get paid. No appts. or appts. are not vetted or confirmed. They lie and say they manufacture their product, which they do not. They break all the requirements of a 1099 salesperson.
