benefits you can enroll in a pension plan medical dental and vision (however its not free) reports actually get followed up on (even when its lackluster I'm thankful it happens) annual benifits survery asking what wed like to improve ie: would you like to keep the 3% pension or lose it but get free insurance rate 1-5 with keep it 5 and lose it 1 they hire internally first so get your foot in the door but do note any future bosses have a meeting with your boss before the interview annual raises in April pick up and incentive pay available they'll pay internal candidates to become techs {pct/cna}
Cons
It's hard to get fired so crappy employees stick around longer than they should some people just shouldn't be in medicine (but that's not premier specific) they can be quite wishy washy with scheduling for techs especially float pool people have had shifts canceled after they've already arrived
